At Crown Collective SA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, Crown Collective SA will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
